360 evaluation

The process is rather simple but yields actionable results. Department managers select a number of individuals to become Evaluators. These Evaluators are then assigned a number of employees to answer specific performance related questions. The idea behind this process is to identify potential problem areas that can be helpful in designing training programs. This 360 evaluation can be important step towards a continuous improvement  program for any organization.

This television series had a static website that could not handle the pace of rapidly changing content. Using DataWeb, the production company launched a flexibly structured, content-driven Web site that would have taken months in a matter of weeks.  Writers and editors now upload and edit content quickly, control the video clips displayed, and select the products to sell within a unified user interface.  “I came from an editorial background with only a vague understanding of the technical aspects of running a Web site. Still, I was able to easily transition our static site, including all the multimedia, onto DataWeb's data-driven and content management platform,” said a Managing Editor.
