DataWeb proved to be an excellent platform to offer a customized employee evaluation application because it could be built quickly and offers an integrated role-based security feature that allowed the application to come together quickly.

The process is rather simple but yields actionable results. Department managers select a number of individuals to become Evaluators. These Evaluators are then assigned a number of employees to answer specific performance related questions. The idea behind this process is to identify potential problem areas that can be helpful in designing training programs. The application will be used to help the personnel and training departments better identify opportunities for improvement.

This television series had a static website that could not handle the pace of rapidly changing content.
